Refund Policy

We hope you love your Charon & Styx purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Items must not be marked, damaged, or washed

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at customerservice@charonandstyx.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
