UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: £5
  • Delivery Time: 3 working days
  • Carrier: Royal Mail tracked 48 or a trusted courier service
  • Delivery Window: Monday–Sun, 7 am–9 pm
  • Doorstep Delivery: Items are delivered to the ground floor entrance of your property. If you are not home, the courier will leave a card to arrange redelivery at no extra cost.

EU Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: £10
  • Delivery Time: 3-10 working days
  • Carrier: International shipping partners
  • Tracking Provided: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Furniture & Large Item Delivery

  • England: Free delivery within 30 days of purchase. Our specialist team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase confirmation.
  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Returns & Refunds

  • Free Returns (UK Orders): If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery at no cost.
  • Return Process: Returns must be initiated via email at customerservice@charonandstyx.com.
    We’ll email you a prepaid return label for easy drop-off.
  • EU Returns: Customers within the EU can return items within 30 days but are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • International Returns: For international orders (outside the UK), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost parcels.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email customerservice@caronandstyx.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
