Returns

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a full refund, exchange, or replacement at no cost.

Change of Mind Returns
Customers may return items within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

• Free return shipping within the UK
• Item must be unworn, in original condition
• Return window: 30 days from delivery

Return Process
Returns must be initiated via email at customerservice@charonandstyx.com.
We’ll email you a prepaid return label for easy drop-off.

Larger items may require a photo upload for verification.

International Returns: Customers within the EU and USA can return items within 30 days but are responsible for return shipping costs.

For international orders (outside the UK), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost parcels.


Refunds

Faulty or Incorrect Items
Refunds will cover the product price and initial delivery charges and will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.


Bespoke & Non-Returnable Items

Made-to-Order Products
Custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

Exceptions
Perishable goods, personalized items, and hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable unless defective.


Reporting Faulty Goods
