Care Guide

Gentle wash at 30 °C. Do not use bleach, Iron at very low temperature, and inside out to preserve the fabric's crinkled effect. Never use fabric softener, as it affects prints like bleach and can damage them. Hand washing in lukewarm water is recommended.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. A £5.50 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover Royal Mail Tracked 48 postage, unless the item is faulty.
Refunds: Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a full refund. To request a return, email customerservice@charonandstyx.com. We’ll send you a Royal Mail Tracked Returns QR code for a quick and easy drop‑off at your local post office.

EU & USA Delivery & Return

We charge £8.50 for EU delivery, shipped with Royal Mail Tracked. Returns are accepted within 30 days, and return postage is paid by the customer. To request a return, email customerservice@charonandstyx.com, and we’ll send a QR return code within 1 working day. Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive your return.

Delivery – USA
USA delivery costs $18 USD and is shipped with Royal Mail or DHL. Duties are prepaid, so there are no customs charges for the buyer. Returns are accepted within 30 days, and return postage is paid by the customer.
